Accepted Payment Methods

  1. Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, UnionPay and American Express.

  2. PayPal: You can make payment through PayPal.

  3. Payment on delivery (COD - Cash On Delivery): You can pay in cash upon receiving your products.

  4. Apple Pay: You can pay using Apple Pay.

  5. Google Pay: You can pay using Google Pay.

Payment process

  • When you place an order, payment will be reserved on your credit card, but the charge will only be made when the products are shipped. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Currency

  • All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Cancellations and Returns

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours.
  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days and will be refunded to the original payment method: credit card, PayPal account, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Return policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the products as long as they are in their original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part.
