HOW DO I PUT MY ÉVE CUP?

Choose the position that is most comfortable for you and to facilitate its insertion, wet it with water or use water-based lubricant and follow the following steps. HOW DO I GET MY EVE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable and relaxed position, contract the vaginal muscles to close the cup to the entrance of the vagina. With the help of a finger, check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Compress the bottom part, releasing the pressure until it is removed and pour its contents into the toilet. Wash the glass with hot water and pH neutral soap, store it in the included bag.

HOW DO I USE MY ÈVE CUP?

Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours maximum. The cuff of the Eve cup can be trimmed to fit the length. Allows prolonged use of up to 12 hours without emptying it.
